Required Nebraska Car Insurance Coverages

The following minimum liability limits are required by Nebraska state law for Nebraska car insurance:2
 
  • $25,000 for bodily injury, per person per accident.
  • $25,000 for property damage per accident.
  • $50,000 for bodily injury total per accident.
